CLSS working principle (2 peal pressure compensation control)
The pressure compensation valve is installed on the outlet side of the main control valve, Komatsu Hydraulic Closed Compensation Control is used to balance the load. When the two actuators work together, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pressure of each slide valve is made equal by the pressure compensation valve, Komatsu Hydraulic Closed Compensation Control ensures that the flow of the pump is distributed proportionally according to the opening area of each valve without the influence of different loads.
The main pump consists of two variable swashplate piston pumps, two PC valves, two LS valves, one LS-EPC valve and one PC-EPC valve.
The main pump converts the mechanical energy generated by the engine into hydraulic energy and then adjusts the hydraulic oil output according to the load.
The main pump displacement reaches the minimum volume when the load reaches overflow pressure.
